Whether it’s a one-day gathering, a weekend retreat, or a multi-day sailing voyage, every PolySoCal event is built around the same foundation: small group connection, shared intention, and personal freedom within partnership.
Our events typically welcome 4–8 like-minded couples or polycules, creating a close-knit space where people can feel safe, seen, and unpressured.
A Typical Flow
All events—regardless of location or length—follow a familiar, comforting rhythm:
1. Welcome & Emotional Connection
We begin each gathering with guided connection experiences designed to help couples and groups ground, open up, and share their intentions. This is your space to get to know one another, express your desires, and feel the tone of the room. We start with conversation, presence, and emotional trust—not action.
2. Fun & Connection-Based Exploration
From curated games and playful exercises to guided discussions and light partner activities, this part of the event is about deepening connection, curiosity, and comfort—within yourself, with your partner(s), and with others.
3. Open Play & Integration
After shared connection, space is opened for soft play, sensual exploration, or simply continued conversation. Couples are encouraged to engage only in ways that feel right for them. Some choose to explore the play room. Others stay wrapped in conversation by the fire, processing, reflecting, or simply being.
There is no pressure to participate in any way beyond your comfort. There are no expectations, no performative culture—just spaciousness, presence, and choice.
Your Pace, Your Rules
Every couple or group defines their own boundaries. You can say yes, no, or not yet—at any time. Some guests join just for the conversation. Others come ready to explore. Both are welcome. What matters most is that your experience is in full alignment with your truth and your agreements.
At PolySoCal, there is no “right way” to attend an event—only your way. And that’s exactly as it should be.
