Investing in Connection, Not Consumption

PolySoCal is a member-supported organization. We are not a business or a ticketed event company—we are a private, values-driven community that shares costs transparently so we can continue offering safe, nourishing, and intentional experiences.

Annual Membership

To support the infrastructure and development of the community, all new members contribute a $100 annual donation to our general fund upon joining. This helps cover digital tools, communication systems, and member resources.
Ongoing membership renewals are $50 per year.

Event Contributions

Each event carries a separate donation that reflects the scale, location, duration, and offerings provided. These fees are not for profit—they go directly toward space rental, food, materials, and guest services aligned with the experience.

To give you a general sense:

  • Overnight Events (at our private retreat space outside Los Angeles): starting around $125 per person
  • Three-Day, Themed Immersions: typically range from $350–$550 per person, depending on scope and offerings
  • Specialty Events (such as international retreats or ocean-based gatherings): pricing varies and will be disclosed in detail prior to registration

All event costs and donation requests are clearly communicated in advance, with full transparency about what your contribution supports. There are no hidden fees, no surprise upsells, and no expectation beyond what is clearly stated.

Why We Do It This Way

We believe in shared responsibility, not commercialization. Your donations help create spaces that are intimate, well-supported, and deeply cared for—without relying on corporate funding or outside influence. Every dollar goes into the experience, the space, and the safety of this community.
