Pop-Up Gatherings: Small, Last-Minute, and Intimate

Every now and then, the unexpected opens a door.

Occasionally, a last-minute cancellation at our retreat space creates a rare opportunity for something spontaneous—a small, softly held gathering for those ready to lean into presence, not planning.

We call these Pop-Up Events.

These intimate evenings are announced with very short notice and are never guaranteed. They are invitations into a quieter, more organic kind of connection—shared with just a few like-hearted couples or polycules who can say “yes” with little warning and open hearts.

Here’s what to know:

– Pop-ups are last-minute. You might get only 24–72 hours’ notice.
– They are small by design. Typically 2–4 couples.
– They’re offered when space unexpectedly becomes available.
– Current members always have priority.

If you ever see a post, text, or private message mentioning a pop-up and you’re curious or available—reach out. These aren’t formal events. They’re quiet, low-pressure, and offered as a bonus moment of presence for those who can join.
