To ensure the emotional and physical safety of every guest, PolySoCal maintains a strict no-weapons policy at all gatherings and events—regardless of permits or legal carry rights.

What This Means:

• No Firearms or Concealed Weapons: Absolutely no guns, knives, tasers, or any form of weapon is allowed on the premises—whether carried openly or concealed.
• No “Just in Case” Exceptions: Even if you are licensed or typically carry for protection, we ask that you leave all weapons at home. Safety here depends on presence, trust, and mutual care—not threat or force.
• No Props or Replicas: To avoid confusion or distress, even decorative or costume-related replicas must be approved in advance and may be restricted at the discretion of hosts.

Why It Matters:

• Emotional safety is just as vital as physical safety. The mere presence of a weapon—even if not visible—can create unease and disrupt the sense of trust this space is built upon.
• We are creating a sanctuary where vulnerability and intimacy can flourish. Weapons have no place in that environment.

Violating this policy is grounds for immediate removal from the event and possible exclusion from future participation. We appreciate your full cooperation and commitment to collective safety.
