We’re so glad you’re here.
PLEASE Read this entire page and follow all instructions.

PolySoCal is a private, membership-required community—and if you’re seeing this page, that means you’ve been invited. You’re already accepted. This next part is simply the formal check-in process that every member completes before fully joining the circle.

There are four quick steps to finalize your membership:

  1. Read & Acknowledge our full Community Guidelines and Membership Policies
  2. Complete the Form Below with accurate, truthful contact information
  3. Submit Your Annual Membership Contribution of $100 for your first year
  4. Upload a Valid U.S. Government-Issued Photo ID for identity verification

These steps help us protect the integrity, safety, and intimacy of the space we’re creating—together.

🛡️ 1 . Community Guidelines and Membership Policies

By completing your registration, you affirm that you understand and agree to the following:

Event Participation & Privacy

  1. Members Only: All events are for registered members only. No guests, observers, or outside visitors—regardless of intent or relationship—are permitted at events.
  2. Individual Registration Required: Each member of a couple or polycule must register separately to ensure clarity of consent, communication, and participation.
  3. Group Attendance Requirement: If any member of a registered group is attending, all members must attend. Solo attendance is not permitted within a registered group.
  4. No Outside Visitors: Non-members may not access event property at any time—including for drop-offs or pick-ups. Transportation arrangements must be made without bringing unregistered individuals on site.
  5. Do Not Share Event Details: Never disclose the specific location, address, or timing of any event to non-members. Discretion is a form of consent.
  6. Name Privacy: You may use a preferred name or pseudonym during events. Real names are collected by staff for safety but will never be shared publicly or within the group.
  7. Email Notifications: We use email as the primary means to reach our members. All members must maintain and active email address and accept emails from PolySoCal.
  8. No Refunds for Cancellations: Due to the intentionally small size and curated nature of our events, cancellations and no-shows can significantly impact the experience for others. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or transfers for missed or late-canceled attendance. While we are always open to compassionate conversation and will do our best to support you, please do not expect a refund once your contribution is made. Your understanding helps us preserve the care, balance, and integrity of every gathering.

Membership & Contribution

  • Annual Contribution: A $100 annual donation is required upon joining (per group, up to 3 people). Renewal is $50/year. Contributions support digital tools, safety infrastructure, and community development—not profit.
  • Rule Enforcement: Staff may terminate membership at any time due to violations of our policies. Decisions are made with compassion and care, but with community safety as the priority.
  • Policy Flexibility: Certain policies may adapt based on event type, location, or specific needs. Any exceptions must be discussed and approved in detail prior to the event—no exceptions will be made on-site.

A Culture of Communication

At PolySoCal, we recognize that every relationship is different—and so is every journey. While these guidelines are firm, we also acknowledge that exceptions can exist. If you have a unique circumstance, accessibility need, or relational dynamic that may require a deviation from the above policies, we are open to thoughtful discussion—but it must happen well in advance of any event.

We uphold safety through conversation—not assumption.

📚 Community Policies

All members are also required to read and respect the full set of community guidelines linked below. These are the foundation of our shared space and include detailed information about behavior, safety, privacy, and presence:

🛡️ 2 . Complete The following form.

🔒 Your Privacy, Protected

The information you share here is for senior staff use only and will never be shared with other members or third parties without your explicit, written permission. We do not disclose real names, contact details, phone numbers, or emails to anyone—not even within the community.

However, for legal and safety reasons, we require accurate, verifiable contact information and positive identification from every member. This helps ensure the integrity and accountability of our shared space.

⚖️ Legal Disclosure Notice

While we hold your privacy as sacred, we also have a responsibility to protect the safety of our members and comply with the law. In rare cases involving serious violations of community safety, or if required by a valid court-issued warrant, we may be legally obligated to disclose certain member information to law enforcement or appropriate government agencies.

Such action is only taken under extreme circumstances and with full adherence to legal standards. Our priority will always be the protection of the community and its values.

💳 3. Submit Your Annual Membership Contribution

To activate your membership, a one-time contribution of $100 is required for your first year. This supports the infrastructure, tools, and intentional spaces that make PolySoCal possible.

At this time, our preferred method of contribution is PayPal, sent to:

Once your contribution is received, you’ll receive a confirmation message from our team. Thank you for helping sustain this shared space of care, growth, and connection.

🪪 4. Verify Your Identity

Before attending your first event, we require a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID to confirm the accuracy of the information you’ve provided.

This is part of our commitment to community safety and shared accountability.

You may choose one of the following options for verification:

  • Email a photo of your ID (safely stored and seen only by senior staff)
  • Show it during a scheduled Zoom welcome call
  • Present it in person upon arrival at your first event

⚠️ Please note: Failure to provide valid ID—or presenting ID that does not match the information you submitted—will be considered a serious breach of trust and will result in immediate termination of your membership.

YOU ARE DONE! Welcome.
You should get an email from us shortly letting you know everything is how it should be.
